SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your Safar bag will be shipped from Austria around the world within 3 to 5 business days after placement of your order and receipt of your payment. All our prices include shipping costs within Austria, the EU and the rest of the world.
Please be aware to expect longer delivery times for shipments outside the EU. Orders to Switzerland or countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our customers. For more information, contact your local customs office.
Your order will be shipped by Austrian postal service or DHL to the address you specified.

You have 14 days to return an item. Customers are responsible for occurring returns-shipping costs.
We will give you a full refund (excluding the shipping and returns-shipping cost) within 21 days when your return is registered at our warehouse. Items returned for credit or exchange must be clean, unused and with their original tags and packaging.
Safarbag.com reserves the right to deny refund if the returned product does not meet its return policy requirements.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Send an email to notify us that you would like to return a product. Use the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject RETURN. Include your full name, transaction ID, the reason for your return and your full address.
We will respond within 24 hours with more information.
Package your return in the original box to keep waste to a minimum please re-use our packaging. Place your return form in the package.
Please schedule your own pick up via your preferred shipping company or drop it at any post office.
When returned items are received and approved, we will give you a full refund of your order minus the shipping costs within 21 days. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you use a trustworthy delivery service.
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, please send an email to email@example.com to notify us about the exchange. You will have to first return the item you wish to exchange and proceed with a new order which will be sent to you as soon as possible.
